Job summary

ECCO Supply in Saskatoon is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the organized, profitable operation of the Saskatoon branch and to drive revenue growth across sales, service, and operations. You will oversee HR, inventory, safety, and customer relations while coordinating across ECCO Group divisions to capitalize on opportunities and meet company objectives.

The role requires strong leadership, a track record of achieving revenue targets, and a deep understanding of the HVAC industry.

Qualifications

  • Post-Secondary education in Business Administration, Management, Sales, or a related field.
  • 7+ Years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Branch leadership and Operations.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and build a high-performance team.
  • Excellent Communication Skills and Problem-solving techniques.
  • Applied knowledge and understanding of HVAC systems an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all Saskatoon branch activities including, but not limited to, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Human Resources, Inventory Management, Occupational Health and Safety.
  • Consistently providing superior customer service to ECCO Supply customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Maintain expert level HVAC product/industry knowledge through ongoing education and training.
  • Ensure policies and procedures are followed by all ECCO Supply associates.
  • Provide service and technical support for customers.
  • Collaborate with ECCO Group divisions to ensure safe, efficient operations.
  • Develop strategies with the Regional Director of Sales Branch Operations to meet targets.

Key Responsibilities
General Duties
  • Responsible and accountable for all aspects of the Saskatoon Branch including, but not limited to, Sales and Marketing, Customer Service, Human Resources, Inventory Management, Occupational Health and Safety.
  • Consistently providing superior customer service to ECCO Supply customers so they will want to do repeat business.
  • Maintaining expert level product and industry knowledge required to fulfill the Employee’s duties and responsibilities as they relate to the HVAC industry through continuing education including seminars, training courses, and industry events.
  • Ensuring policies and procedures are followed by all ECCO Supply associates pertaining to customer.
  • Service and technical support for our customers.
  • Working in cooperation with all of The ECCO Group divisions, including ECCO Manufacturing, ensuring the effective, efficient, economical and safe operations of ECCO Supply.
  • In conjunction with the Regional Director of Sales Branch Operations, developing strategies and plans.
Sales & Business Development
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and execute a market Sales Strategy to meet or exceed sales, margin and market share targets
  • New Business Development: Aggressively pursuing new opportunities in the market to ensure ECCO Supply’s prominence in all business channels
  • Sales Leadership: Recruit, coach and mentor Outside Sales Representatives, Inside & Counter Sales Associates and Commercial Sales Associates with regular field visits and performance reviews
  • Customer Development: Build and maintain relationships with key contractors, industrial accounts and vendor partners
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor competitive activity, pricing trends, and local construction market conditions to identify opportunities
  • Pipeline & Forecasting: Maintain accurate sales forecast and reporting; use data to guide decision- making and resource allocation
  • Ecco Supply Culture: Foster a positive, high-performance team culture
Operational Management
  • Operational Alignment: Collaborate with all shared services, operations, supply chain and customer service teams to ensure product availability, service excellence and timely delivery
  • Operational Excellence: Overseeing the effective, efficient, economical and productive operations of the sales counter, point of purchase displays, and warehouse.
  • Effective Communication: Collaboration and Planning with all Branch Associates and Senior Leadership.
Safety & Compliance
  • Safety: Ensure adherence to workplace safety standards and regulatory requirements
  • Culture: Promote a strong safety culture across multiple Branches.

Qualifications
  • Post-Secondary education in Business Administration, Management, Sales, or a related field preferred
  • 7+ Years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Branch leadership and Operations
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets
  • Strong understanding of customer relationship management and business development
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and build a high-performance team culture
  • Excellent Communication Skills and Problem-solving techniques
  • Applied knowledge and understanding of HVAC systems an asset.
