GAMARC Consulting is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to oversee daily operations, sales performance, and team leadership for our Ottawa area branch.

The role focuses on coordinating inside sales, customer service, and warehouse activities, while driving efficiency and customer satisfaction. Strong industry knowledge in mechanical, plumbing, or industrial supplies is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business, Sales, or related field required.
• 5+ years of experience in a branch or sales management role.
• Strong industry knowledge in mechanical, plumbing, or industrial supplies.
• Proven leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to interpret technical documentation is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch operations, including inside sales, customer service, warehouse, and inventory control.
• Oversee order processing and ensure timely, accurate fulfillment and delivery coordination.
• Resolve customer issues, provide product support, and drive customer satisfaction.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate purchasing of non-stock items.
• Prepare sales quotes and assist with forecasting and budgeting.
• Collaborate with outside sales, suppliers, and internal departments to resolve issues and streamline operations.
• Recruit, train, and develop branch staff; conduct performance evaluations.
• Promote a safe work environment by enforcing company Health & Safety policies.
• Strengthen relationships with key customers and suppliers to support growth.
• Monitor competitive activity and market trends to support business development.
• Generate and review reports on sales, inventory, and operational performance.
