As Branch Manager, you will lead and oversee all aspects of branch operations, including Installation, Service, Sales, and administrative support. You’ll be responsible for driving performance across departments, developing your team, and ensuring operational efficiency in alignment with district goals. This role also requires active relationship‑building with key industry partners, including healthcare and retail clients, contractors, and suppliers, to support business growth. You will manage workforce development, financial performance, customer satisfaction, and coordination with the factory and sales teams to ensure project success and profitability. This position will directly report to the District Manager and will have full responsibility for all activities in the installation and servicing of automatic doors in the designated area.
