You will mentor staff, ensure compliant practices, and coordinate branch activities to meet customer needs and regulatory standards.

The role emphasizes people development, operational excellence, and seamless cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced banking environment.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree and/or 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Completion of Branch Compliance Officer (BCO) and IFIC or CSC Course.
• Strong knowledge of team management, risk handling, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficient with productivity and internet tools; ability to liaise across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead advisory and frontline staff to resolve customer issues in line with guidelines.
• Coach staff on delivering a professional financial advisory and customer experience.
• Ensure scheduling aligns with compliance requirements and branch needs.
• Mentor on advice strategies and effective customer interaction.
• Improve branch processes and efficiency through ongoing feedback.
