Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers at the branch, providing accurate product and service information.
• Respond to inquiries and prepare quotes, order confirmations, and related documents.
• Process customer orders and payments accurately, including order entry and tracking.
• Handle product returns and restock items as required.
• Maintain a clean, organized counter and pickup area.
• Assist with receiving, inventory counts, and merchandising displays.
• Support team and departmental goals and follow safety policies.
