The role requires bilingual French/English, a high school diploma, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided for industry specifics.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (French/English) is required.
• High School diploma is a must; post-secondary education is an asset.
• Experience in building industry is valuable, but training is available.
• Ability to read/write word and number sequences.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the distribution branch or calling.
• Answer inquiries about materials and services Gentek provides.
• Enter and process customer orders via Gentek’s order system; provide product/status info.
• Maintain accurate documentation related to customers and orders.
