Responsibilities

• Be the first friendly face in the Coast Capital branch; embody Coast Capital values.
• Build relationships with members and deliver outstanding service to meet initial needs and identify opportunities.
• Educate members on alternative channels (online banking/mobile) to enhance experience.
• Contribute to team results by listening, spotting opportunities, and partnering with other team members.
• Help members understand how Coast Capital Savings supports financial well-being.
• Resolve and prevent banking issues to create a positive member experience.
• Be vigilant for counterfeit money or illegal transactions as the first line of defense.
