Coast Capital Savings in Kelowna is seeking a Member Service Representative to be the welcoming face in the branch, delivering exceptional service and financial guidance. You will identify opportunities to deepen member relationships while educating them on online and mobile banking options.

The role focuses on listening, empathy, and proactive problem solving to ensure a memorable member experience and ongoing trust in Coast Capital Savings.

Qualifications

• You have strong verbal English communication skills.
• You listen to your customer and ensure you identify the challenge they may have.
• You understand a bank account is more than numbers on a screen and you can show understanding and respect for whatever situation a member might be in.
