Coast Capital in Kelowna is hiring a Member Services Representative (Full-time) to be the friendly face of the branch, balancing welcome service with proactive listening to deepen member relationships and meet their everyday banking needs.

You’ll educate members on Coast Capital products and online banking, refer opportunities to specialists, and uphold our values by acting with integrity, empathy, and initiative.

• Build understanding of how Coast Capital supports financial well-being for members.
• Create a positive member experience by resolving and preventing banking issues.
• Be the first line of defense by spotting counterfeit money or illegal transactions.
