Coast Capital Savings in Chilliwack, BC, is seeking a Member Advice Specialist for a fixed-term 16-month assignment at the Cottonwood Branch to deliver friendly, high‑quality service and help members with everyday banking needs.

You will combine sales and customer service strengths, promote a wide range of Coast Capital products, and collaborate with branch teammates to meet regulatory requirements while building lasting relationships with members.

Qualifications

Experience helping members in a bank or credit union.
Post-secondary education in finance, business administration or related field.
Certificate in Investment Funds in Canada is a requirement.
Able to build relationships and promote Coast Capital products and services.

Responsibilities

Deliver positive customer experience through general retail banking.
Engage customers using the branch's Money Chat approach to help saving and financial well-being.
Act as a high-performing team member ensuring policies and regulatory requirements are met.
Proactively offer helpful solutions and referrals to customer inquiries.
Achieve sales and referrals targets in a needs-based environment.
