Job summary

Finning Canada is seeking an organized and tech-savvy administrative professional to join our Saskatoon branch. This in-office role handles clerical tasks, time-entry coordination, and front-desk reception, ensuring smooth daily operations and a welcoming environment for customers and staff.

You will maintain records, manage supplies, and support IT-related small-scale issues while collaborating with team members to meet branch needs. Monday–Friday, in-office, based in Saskatoon, SK.

Qualifications

  • Previous office or administrative experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage deadlines.
  • Strong computer skills and confidence learning new systems.
  • Experience with basic computer/tech issues.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) would be an asset.

What You’ll Do
