Wellness Republic in Toronto, ON is seeking a Front Desk & Member Experience Coordinator to warmly welcome members, manage daily studio flow, and support bookings and inquiries. You will help ensure a polished, organized space and a welcoming community for every guest.

The role involves assisting with class bookings, answering pricing questions, and identifying opportunities to fit members with suitable memberships and services.

Qualifications

• Experience in boutique fitness or hospitality is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable explaining memberships, services, and pricing.
• Positive, proactive team player.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage check-ins for Pilates and wellness services.
