You'll work in our store in downtown Banff, connecting with visitors from across the globe and helping them plan incredible tours and activities during their time in the Rockies.

What You'll Do

• Engage with international visitors in a friendly, welcoming, and professional way, in person, over the phone, by email and on our online chat system.
• Recommend and sell tours and activities tailored to each guest's interests.
• Create bookings and itineraries, manage reservations, assist guests with winter rentals; cross-country skis, ice skates, ice cleats, and snowshoes, while recommending trails, answer questions, and provide local insights.
• Clean winter rentals and keep a tidy store.
• Work as part of a fun, supportive team in a fast-paced environment.
