Job summary

Banff Park Lodge Collection is inviting applications for a Guest Services Agent to join our team in Banff, Alberta. You will create, cancel, and modify room reservations; provide exceptional service across channels; and assist guests with information on facilities and accessibility needs.

You'll work with staff and guests, maintain an organized workspace, and handle clerical duties with initiative and minimal supervision, contributing to a positive guest experience at our lodge properties.

Responsibilities

• Create, cancel, and change room reservations both in person and over the phone
• Provide excellent customer service through all channels
• Communicate well with staff and guests
• Provide information on hotel facilities and services, including information and services required for guests with special needs
• Act self-sufficiently with minimal supervision
• Clerical duties (i.e. faxing, filing, photocopying)
• Decision making, critical thinking, job task planning and organizing
• Maintain a tidy and organized workspace
• Other duties as assigned

Welcome! Banff Park Lodge Collection operates 3 hotel properties – Banff Park Lodge, Bow View Lodge, and Peaks Hotel & Suites. We also operate 2 restaurants – La Terrazza and Crave Mountain Grill.
