Home Helpers Home Care is a family‑oriented, locally owned, friendly staffed and highly organized home care agency in the Treasure Valley. We are looking for qualified caregivers to provide clients with companionship, personal care services, social interaction, meal preparation, shopping, errands, light housekeeping, and transportation.

Compensation: $14.00 – $17.00 per hour with room for growth. Training and educational development opportunities, free CEUs, a friendly and supportive working environment, flexible schedules, bi‑weekly pay, direct deposit, paid mileage and travel time, a $500+ referral bonus, paid time off, IRA retirement plan, and monthly bonus. Qualifications:

  • Pass a criminal history background check as defined by IDAPA rules.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to read and write in English.
  • Can lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
  • Stand, bend, twist, lift as part of daily living activities (cooking, housekeeping, dressing, showering, transfer, shopping).
  • Treat all clients with dignity and respect.
  • Strong understanding of Client Rights and ability to adhere to them.
  • Read and note a plan of care and daily activities clearly.
  • Communicate respectfully, timely, and effectively with supervisors.
  • Protect clients from abuse, neglect, or exploitation.
  • Be prompt and on time for all assignments.
  • Communicate client condition changes to supervisors promptly.
  • Respect boundaries and personal relationship limits with clients.
  • Follow designated schedule and call office with any changes.
  • Assist with bathing, toileting, hygiene, and complete personal cares for others.

Typical Job Duties Include:

  • Aiding with activities of daily living.

  • Picking up prescriptions and assisting with telehealth visits.
