AWIN Advanced Body Shop | Green Lane in the Greater Toronto Area is seeking a dedicated Body Shop Estimator to join a prestige automotive group. You will assess vehicle structural components, quote repairs, and liaise with customers through the repair process to ensure satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in a similar role, strong communication, and experience with Mitchell or Audatex. Teamwork, time management, and attention to detail are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role or automotive position.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to effectively manage time, meet deadlines and complete all assigned tasks.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Sound understanding of all automotive functionalities.
• Must have experience with Mitchell or Audatex.

Responsibilities

• Assess structural components of a vehicle
• Adhering to and applying insurance guidelines
• Working with Body Technicians through the dismantle process
• Provide accurate pricing and quotes for all vehicles
• Maintain communication with customers and be available to answer questions throughout the repair process
• Effectively manage multiple repairs simultaneously
• Implement an effective quality check process by inspecting repaired vehicles and ensuring the repair is up to standard

Job Purpose:

The Body Shop Estimator must have the experience necessary to provide our customers with optimal service.

Job Duties:

• Assess structural components of a vehicle
• Adhering to and applying insurance guidelines
