AWIN Advanced Auto Body Centre in North York, ON is seeking a Body Shop Estimator to join their team. You will assess structural components, align with insurance guidelines, and collaborate with body technicians to deliver accurate quotes and ensure customer satisfaction.

This role requires at least 3 years’ experience in an automotive setting, strong communication, time management and teamwork, and familiarity with Mitchell or Audatex software.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role or automotive position.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Sound understanding of all automotive functionalities.
• Must have experience with Mitchell or Audatex.

Responsibilities

• Assess structural components of a vehicle.
• Adhering to and applying insurance guidelines.
• Work with Body Technicians through the dismantle process.
• Provide accurate pricing and quotes for all vehicles.
• Maintain communication with customers and be available to answer questions throughout the repair process.
• Effectively manage multiple repairs simultaneously.
• Implement an effective quality check process by inspecting repaired vehicles and ensuring the repair is up to standard.

Job Purpose

The Body Shop Estimator must have the experience necessary to provide our customers with optimal service.

• Assess structural components of a vehicle
• Adhering to and applying insurance guidelines
• Working with Body Technicians through the dismantle process
• Provide accurate pricing and quotes for all vehicles
• Maintain communication with customers and be available to answer questions throughout the repair process
• Effectively manage multiple repairs simultaneously
• Implement an effective quality check process by inspecting repaired vehicles and ensuring the repair is up to standard.

Compensation Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year total earnings. This role's compensation consists of a base salary and commission plan.
