Job summary

Upper Thames River Conservation Authority (UTRCA) is seeking a Billings and Cost Recovery Administrator to manage invoicing, receivables, and cost recoveries across projects. You will ensure accurate revenue recording and support financial processes in a cooperative team.

The role requires a diploma in accounting, AR/revenue experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with the finance team.

Qualifications

• Diploma in accounting required; CPA modules recommended.
• 3 years' AR/revenue administration experience.
• Experience in customer service.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient with Excel; Sage or Simply Accounting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Invoicing revenues and recording credits in accounts receivable.
• Process receipts, bank deposits, and issue receipts.
• Maintain auditable records of project claims and cost recoveries.
• Verify billing amounts, issue invoices, and manage cost recoveries.
• Assist auditors and support revenue recognition testing.
