Job summary

Advanced Utility Systems in Canada is seeking a fully bilingual Trainer to support enterprise software implementations and upgrades across North America. The role blends training needs analysis, instructional design, LMS-based learning, software testing, and customer readiness for go-live.

The successful candidate will design and deliver English/French training, develop learning materials, manage LMS content, and collaborate with project teams while traveling up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Fully bilingual in English and French, written and verbal.
• Three+ years in instructional design, software training, testing, or enterprise software implementation.
• Experience in utilities or related business processes is valued.
• Experience with LMS administration and reporting.
• Ability to design, publish, maintain, and track eLearning content.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs analyses and translate findings into learning objectives and plans.
• Design and develop instructor-led, virtual, blended, and eLearning programs in English and French.
• Create and maintain LMS courses, paths, assignments, assessments, and reports.
• Develop facilitator guides, materials, exercises, and user documentation.
• Deliver engaging remote and onsite training to customers and internal teams.
• Develop and execute test plans and support UAT testing.
• Document results, defects, gaps, and readiness concerns.
• Leverage AI tools to improve training design, testing, and delivery while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
