• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 1-5+ years in project management of enterprise software implementations.
• Proven ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholders.
• Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead software implementation and upgrade projects end-to-end.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies.
• Be primary customer-facing contact and trusted advisor.
• Run governance reviews and steering committees.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources.
• Monitor financial performance, forecasts, and change orders.
• Ensure PMO compliance and continuous improvement.
