Job summary

Bilingual Source is seeking a Bilingual Learning Services Consultant to design, develop, deliver, and assess training programs for sales professionals and employees across Canada. You will present in French and English, including in Quebec, with travel about 20% of the time.

You will collaborate with stakeholders and SMEs to curate content and create technology‑enabled courses, shaping learning solutions that align with business goals.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English, with ability to design and deliver training in French.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma required.
• At least 2 years of experience in training and development, administration or social media.
• Experience developing and facilitating training for sales professionals is preferred.
• Experience with a learning management system (LMS) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training for sales professionals and employees across Canada.
• Apply instructional design and adult learning theory to build knowledge across the organization.
• Evaluate existing training and develop learning roadmaps for sales professionals and employees.
• Consult with stakeholders and subject matter experts to curate content and create learning solutions.
• Work with team members to develop strong, technology‑enhanced courses and programs.
• Track results and work with others to keep outcomes on track to meet business needs.
• Analyze results, recommend training improvements and identify future programs to develop.

• Experience with a learning management system (LMS) is preferred
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Access to a vehicle for local travel in Ontario (all travel expenses paid)
• Compensation range: $70K-$80K per year
