You will build proactive talent pipelines, partner with hiring leaders, strengthen employer brand, and represent CLV at career fairs and industry events. Post-secondary education and up to five years’ experience are expected; CHRP is an asset.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education or equivalent; leadership potential valued.
• Up to five years in talent acquisition or related roles.
• Strong relationship-building and service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring leaders to understand business needs and deliver results.
• Lead full recruitment cycle across corporate and operational roles (design, sourcing, screening, offers, onboarding).
• Build and execute targeted recruitment strategies and pipelines for current and future roles.
• Represent CLV at career fairs, universities, and industry events; strengthen employer brand.
