Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French with strong written and verbal communication.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proactive, collaborative, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Canadian sales team and independent agents with inquiries, inventory checks, orders, and customer needs.
• Prepare and maintain weekly/monthly sales reports; ensure accurate data in accounts.
• Coordinate product orders in SAP and provide weekly shipment tracking updates.
• Translate and proofread marketing materials and create market materials (line sheets, buy sheets) in EN/FR.
