Job description

What the day will look like
  1. Create and implement sales processes and identify opportunities to create efficiencies in marketing our services and onboarding new clients.
  2. Support market research to identify new business development opportunities and prospect lists.
  3. Establish and maintain effective relationships with Aon producers.
  4. Coordinate and arrange client events, meetings, appointments, and conferences.
  5. Assist with preparing presentations and pitches for prospective clients.
  6. Support the writing and distribution of agendas, proposals, cost estimates, and briefing documents for meetings.
  7. Create and maintain client databases and mailing lists, mainly Aon Connect.
  8. Track submitted proposals and sales activity; provide feedback to management.
  9. Support producers in generating meetings for the practice.
  10. Develop Aon IQ and Health Solutions knowledge.
  11. Support the development of marketing campaigns and sales strategies to enable business growth.
  12. Maintain diligent CRM records through Aon Connect, stay in regular contact with prospects, and manage pipelines to meet sales targets.

  1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a sales-focused role or environment;
  2. Strong business development and process development skills;
  3. Ability to manage business development activities, projects, and reporting;
  4. Detail-oriented and results-driven; able to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines;
  5. Problem-solving and analytical skills;
  6. Positive attitude and a desire to contribute to Aon’s success;
  7. University degree is an asset;
  8. French/English bilingualism is preferred due to interactions with clients and colleagues in Quebec, other Canadian provinces, and internationally.
