Commercial Manager, Customer Relations & After-Sales

We seek an experienced and bilingual Commercial Manager in Montreal, QC, to manage client relationships and support wind energy projects across Canada. You will be the primary contact for customers, ensuring service excellence, handling technical and contractual matters, and exploring value-added services.

Your responsibilities include:

  1. Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  2. Acting as a technical expert for wind turbine projects.
  3. Ensuring contractual compliance and representing ENERCON’s interests.
  4. Leading communication during high-priority situations.
  5. Resolving service disputes per contract terms.
  6. Identifying after-sales business opportunities.
  7. Facilitating operational review meetings.
  8. Supporting the development of value-added services.
  9. Driving service quality improvements.
  10. Preparing quotations for additional services.
  11. Monitoring payments and managing disputes.
  12. Handling customer inquiries and material orders.
  13. Coordinating with regulatory bodies and utilities.
  14. Representing ENERCON at industry events.
  15. Maintaining customer data in SAP ERP and CRM.
  16. Collaborating with internal teams for service delivery.

Ideal profile:

  • University degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years in sales, customer service, or technical consulting.
  • Experience with service contracts negotiation.
  • Technical knowledge of wind power systems.
  • Project management skills with a hands-on approach.
  • Fluent in French and English; German is a plus.
  • Ability to lead virtual meetings and manage remote relationships.
  • Entrepreneurial, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Leadership and teamwork capabilities.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional.
  • Proficient in MS Office, SAP ERP, and CRM.
  • Willing to travel within Canada, the US, and occasionally to Germany.
