Responsibilities

• Support the regional sales team with quotations, tenders, and demonstration materials.
• Assist in office operations such as supplies, shipping, and administrative tasks.
• Respond professionally to customer inquiries and develop product expertise.
• Support sales and customer service activities, including backup coverage.
• Create marketing materials, including translations, maintaining branding consistency.
• Organize trade shows and sales meetings.
• Collaborate with internal teams and contribute beyond assigned tasks.
• Represent the company ethically and professionally at all times.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in customer service or sales support.
• Experience in the life sciences sector (medical devices, pharmaceuticals, etc.).
