MT Talent Solutions Inc. is seeking a Bilingual Office/Sales Administrator in Whitby, Ontario. This in-office, full-time role supports sales teams by managing orders, documentation, and cross-department coordination.

You will ensure accurate data entry and exceptional customer service in both French and English. Ideal candidates bring strong communication skills, multi-tasking ability, and a proven track record in office administration.

Qualifications

• Bilingual French/English required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent data-entry accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process full order cycle for orders submitted by Territory Managers.
• Prepare and obtain supporting documentation (workers’ compensation, customs, insurance, warranty).
• Coordinate with sales, operations and internal departments to keep projects moving forward.
• Act as a point of contact between departments and follow up on outstanding items.
• Confirm product and inventory availability and maintain daily order backlog.
• Process product returns and maintain accurate records.
• Respond to internal requests with high level of customer service.
• Balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment.
