Job summary

TPS Promotions and Incentive in Vaughan, ON, is seeking a Bilingual Inside Sales Specialist to support Account Managers with pricing, quotations and client service in English and French.

You will help grow accounts, prepare presentations, and maintain supplier and client information while working closely with sales staff to hit growth targets. A post-secondary marketing/business program is preferred and experience with NetSuite or similar CRM is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/French with strong written and spoken skills.
• Experience managing B2B client relationships is critical.
• Proficient with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as NetSuite is a plus.
• Post-secondary program in Marketing/Business or related field.

Responsibilities

Description:

Bilingual Inside Sales Specialist

Overview:

As Bilingual Inside Sales Specialist you will be responsible for assisting Account Managers and Sales Staff by supplying pricing, quotations, presentations, and customer service support in both English and French. The role will also include direct client contact with the opportunity to assist with and/or grow into Account Management.

Responsibilities:

• Actively build and maintain client relationships and engagement;
• Manage product selection, pricing and client presentations;
• Help clients achieve their strategic sales, marketing and HR objectives;
• Proactively identify merchandise opportunities for clients;
• Assist Account Managers & Directors in achieving sales and margin goals;
• Promote TPS products and services;
• Develop strong relationships with key company suppliers and product offerings;
• Ensure products sourced are from approved vendors and that quotes are compliant, competitive and meet the company growth and profitability targets;
• Obtain accurate information on costs, availability, logistics, lead time and other items related to quotations;
  • Actively participate in internal, client and supplier meetings;
  • Update client and supplier information in internal systems;
  • Maintain knowledge of latest merchandise trends by attending Industry shows and using supplier contacts;
  • Prepare and analyze client reporting;
  • Support clients, Customer Care and Account Management teams French communication requirements; and
  • Other duties as required.

Requirements

• Successful track record in managing B2B customer relationships in both English and French;
• Excellent written and oral English & French skills;
• Working knowledge in Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
• Works well in a collaborative team environment;
• Ability to manage multiple projects with accuracy, each with critical timelines in a fast-paced environment; and
• Exceptional customer service ethic.

Assets

• Sourcing and quoting experience preferably in the Promotional Products industry;
• Experience using CRM software (such as NetSuite); and
• Completed Post-Secondary program in Marketing, Business or similar.
