The Bilingual Receptionist provides vital support by handling various reception and administrative tasks, while delivering exceptional customer service to the general public, volunteers, staff, service users, and the organization as a whole in both English and French. They serve a vital role as a friendly and welcoming first point of contact for March of Dimes Canada’s National Office. This position supports the organization by managing calendars, coordinating events and meetings, addressing general inquiries, directing issues to the appropriate staff, maintaining communication with vendors, and providing overall support to the Property Operations team.
