Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years related work experience preferred.
• Ability to speak English and Mandarin proficiently.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
• Strong writing and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and establish monthly and annual promotion events to existing clients.
• Update marketing content on company websites, social media, apps, brochures, newsletters, etc.
• Monitor digital presence and assist other departments with public relations.
• Coordinate and prepare activities to greet new vendors; maintain client relationships.
• Assist vendors with website updates; ensure budget and timeline communication.
• Gather market trend data and report changes to department manager.
• Conduct surveys to identify interests/concerns of key groups served by the company.
• Develop and organize workshops, meetings, ceremonies, and other events for staff.
• Able to work 40 hours per week and 52 weeks per year.
• Work location: Scarborough, Ontario.
