Job summary

The role requires a university degree or equivalent, 1–2 years of experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and InDesign. Strong time management and collaborative skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience providing marketing support to a team of professionals is preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint and InDesign.
• Analytical thinker with strong marketing knowledge and web publishing skills.

Responsibilities

• Creates a wide variety of marketing materials that may include maps, advertisements, demographic reports, and brochures for in-house and client presentations using advanced graphic software.
• Develops and execute brand, property marketing and social media strategy for team and client projects.
• Manages sales professionals’ social media accounts and ensure regular posts/interactions
• Manages the day-to-day marketing operations of the team and its client projects.
• Organizes and maintains filing system, file correspondence, and other records.
• Organizes the preparation and production of customized, client specific property information packages in response to RFIs and RFPs.
• Other duties may be assigned.
