Job summary

Colliers International in Montreal, QC is seeking a Brokerage Project Specialist to provide internal support to a high performing team of Advisors across asset classes. You craft marketing collateral, coordinate proposals and CIMs, and manage marketing campaigns with a client-centric focus.

Key requirements include 1–3 years in CRE, Advanced MS Office, and Adobe InDesign experience; Excellent bilingual communication in French and English.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of CRE experience or related industry background
• Advanced skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Adobe InDesign experience (or Photoshop/Illustrator)
• Excellent verbal and written communication in French and English
• Ability to deliver high-quality client service and collaborate with external partners

Responsibilities

• Work with Advisors to create content for proposals, RFIs, and RFPs
• Coordinate proposals and CIMs with Advisors and Sales Assistants
• Prepare market studies (leases and sales comps, availabilities)
• Coordinate marketing collateral for listings (brochures, templates, maps)
• Plan and manage overall marketing campaigns related to listings
• Liaise on listing inquiries, tours, and presentations
• Assist in transaction management and due diligence processes—signbacks, amendments, closing documentation
• Enter deal sheets and submit paperwork to the Deal Administration team
• Maintain CRM with client and prospect information in collaboration with Advisors
