Job summary

Cala Sourcing Solutions LLC in Mississauga is seeking a Purchasing & Customer Support Specialist. This hybrid role starts with training, then 1 day remote per week with the remainder onsite. The position offers full-time employment and a salary up to $65,000 CAD annually, DOE, with bilingual English/French communications required.

You will manage procurement, order processing, logistics, and inventory coordination, while maintaining ERP/CRM records and supporting customers by phone and email.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and French with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in procurement, order processing, customer support or related fields.
• Experience managing procurement and customer orders through an ERP system.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook with CRM experience.
• Strong customer service, problem-solving, organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Ability to work independently and across departments.
• Post-secondary diploma or equivalent education.
• Ability to work onsite in Mississauga according to hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities

• Manage the procurement cycle from PO creation to final delivery.
• Coordinate with suppliers, internal teams, and logistics partners.
• Review vendor invoices and resolve pricing/delivery discrepancies.
• Address supplier issues and escalation concerns as needed.
• Monitor slow-moving and obsolete inventory with internal teams.
• Maintain material master data in the ERP system.
• Provide bilingual customer support by phone and email in English and French.
• Prepare sales and service quotations and maintain customer records in ERP/CRM.
• Manage the complete customer order cycle including invoicing and returns.
• Coordinate shipments with warehouse and logistics teams.
• Collaborate with Sales/Marketing/Finance to resolve inquiries and billing issues.
• Support global procurement initiatives and process improvements.
• Participate in occasional international travel for training or meetings.
