Overview

Adecco is currently seeking a Bilingual Project Coordinator (French & English) to join our client-facing team on a 12-month remote contract. In this role, you will support Project Managers by coordinating project activities, managing documentation, and ensuring timely communication with both internal teams and external clients. You\'ll play a key role in maintaining project quality, meeting deadlines, and upholding service excellence standards. This position requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Pay rate: $26-$30 / hour.

Location: Remote

Shifts: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm

Job type: 12-month contract | Full-time

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and execute all project deliverables to meet deadlines, quality standards, and budget targets.
  • Support client meetings (kick-offs, check-ins, reporting) and ensure consistent updates are communicated.
  • Collaborate with internal operational teams to track deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Respond to client communications promptly and accurately; follow up to ensure needs are addressed.
  • Draft internal scripts and web content, develop business rules, and assist with data reporting and analysis.
  • Ensure all communications and deliverables are clear, contextually relevant, and error-free.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support across multiple cases or project streams.
  • Maintain excellent documentation and client-facing service in both French and English.
Requirements
  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
  • Bilingual (French & English) – fluent in both written and spoken French and English.
  • 1+ year of direct client-facing or professional customer service experience.
  • Experience with disbursements or financial case support is a strong asset.
  • Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and formulas for data regrouping and calculations).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to assess impact and anticipate next steps.
  • Customer-first mindset with a \"white glove\" approach to service delivery.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, particularly when working with legal or professional clients.
  • Highly organized, able to multi-task and handle multiple deadlines.
  • Curious and thoughtful—aims to understand the full context of tasks, not just execute.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with interest in growing into more responsibility.
  • Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent industry experience preferred.
