VB Spine in Burlington, ON is seeking a Bilingual Pricing & Contracts Specialist to support post-contract administration, pricing operations, and RFP submissions in English and French. You will ensure accurate commercial terms and maintain compliant processes within a hybrid work setting.

The role requires 1–2 years in contract admin or pricing, fluency in English and French, strong Excel skills, and experience with CRM/ERP systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in contract administration, proposals, pricing, or similar role.
Fluency in both French and English (mandatory).

Responsibilities

Administer post-execution contracts, including setup, documentation, trackers, amendments, and renewal tracking.
Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for buyers and customers on contractual matters and inquiries.
Manage pricing operations including setup, updates, governance, and alignment with terms.
Oversee value-add and rebate administration with monthly accruals, payments, reporting to sales teams.
Coordinate proposals and RFP submissions, maintain templates, and ensure timely responses.
Provide clear bilingual communication to internal stakeholders and customer groups.
Support continuous improvement of contract workflows and pricing accuracy.
