Recruiting In Motion - Eastern Ontario is seeking a Bilingual Billing Analyst for a Montreal-based, 18-month contract in a professional services firm.

In this role you will manage the full billing cycle with Partners and clients, prepare monthly reports, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. Fluency in English and French is required, with at least two years of billing experience in a professional services environment.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of billing experience in a professional services environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual English and French required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full billing cycle in liaison with Partners and their clients.
• Prepare monthly billing reports and statements including WIP reports.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for billing-related matters.
