Job summary

iFinance Canada is launching an Inside Ancillary Sales team and seeks a Post-Sales Specialist. You’ll be the voice customers hear after they’ve said yes, helping them unlock more value from the iFinance/Iceberg ecosystem.

This isn’t a typical call centre role—it's building something new from the ground up with a high-energy team. You’ll work with in-network customers to introduce loan protection plans and affiliate services, including car maintenance perks and member benefits.

Qualifications

• 1 year of inside sales, phone sales, or customer success experience; financial services a plus.
• Bilingual in French (speaking and writing).
• Strong communication, resilience, and goal orientation.
• Experience with CRM tools and call management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Contact existing customers within the ecosystem via phone and digital channels.
• Present and close on loan protection plans tailored to individual profiles.
• Pitch affiliate services including automotive care perks and member programs.
• Build rapport quickly and log activity toward targets.
• Collaborate with the team to share best practices and raise performance.

You’ll work with warm, in-network customers to introduce our in-housese loan protection plans and a suite of affiliate value-add services — including premium car maintenance perks and member benefits at a fraction of what they’d pay anywhere else.

What You’ll do

• Contact existing customers within the iFinance/Iceberg ecosystem via phone and digital channels .
• Present and close on loan protection plans tailored to individual customer profiles.
• Pitch affiliate services including automotive care perks, roadside assistance, and exclusive member programs.
• Build rapport quickly — every conversation is a chance to deliver real value and earn real trust.
• Track your pipeline, log activity, and crush your daily and weekly targets.
• Collaborate with the team to share what’s working and elevate everyone’s game.

What We’re Looking For

• A minimum of 1 year of inside sales, phone sales, or customer success experience (financial services is a plus) plus bonus
• Bilingual in French (speaking and writing)
• You’re a natural communicator — you listen first, then pitch with purpose
• Resilience and energy: you bounce back fast, stay positive, and love the hunt
• Comfortable working with CRM tools, call management platforms, and reporting dashboards
• Bilingual (English/French) is a strong asset
