Fairstone Bank in Canada is seeking a Loan Consultant to grow our business by actively promoting loan and protection products, understanding customer needs, and guiding clients from application to closing. You will work in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment, both in person and virtually, building trust through outstanding service.

The role requires a minimum 1 year of sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to communicate in English and French across

• High school diploma (post-secondary education in finance, sales, or business is an asset)
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience with a focus on meeting/exceeding targets
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• A customer-first mindset and a passion for delivering value
• Must be able to communicate in both French and English with our customers across Canada. (50% English, 50% French). The candidate will be expected to communicate with customers, respond to inquiries, handle documentation, and conduct sales and service activities in both English and French on a daily basis.

About The Role

As a Loan Consultant, you’ll play a key part in growing our business by:

• Expected base hourly rate of $22.26, plus the opportunity to earn uncapped monthly bonuses tied to performance—your success drives your earnings.
