Job summary

Data Communications Management Corp. (DCM) in Toronto is hiring a Payroll Specialist (Bilingual) to manage end-to-end payroll for unionized and non-unionized staff on a hybrid schedule.

The role requires a Canadian payroll designation (PCP or PLP) and 5–8 years of experience, with fluency in English and French. You will optimize payroll processes, ensure compliance, and collaborate with HR and Finance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree or diploma with PCP or PLP designation.
• 5–8 years of full-cycle payroll processing experience in a unionized environment.
• Proven experience with payroll reconciliations including T4s and source deductions.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle payroll processing for weekly and biweekly cycles for unionized and non-unionized employees.
• Address timecard inquiries and ensure accurate data transfer to payroll systems.
• Maintain HRIS records (ADP) for hires, changes and terminations.
• Prepare and submit third-party remittance reports as required.
• Oversee year-end processes (T4s, RL-1s, T2200s) and tax filings.
