Job summary

Up With Women / Exponenti’elles is seeking a bilingual Specialist, Partner Development and Outreach to build and maintain partnerships with community organizations across the Greater Montreal area, driving recruitment and enrollment for its programs.

Reporting to the Regional Manager for Francophone Canada, you will host virtual and in-person presentations, manage Salesforce data, travel regionally, and collaborate across teams to advance the organization's mission of empowering women and gender

Qualifications

• Minimum four years of experience in partnerships, outreach, and communicating value with diverse stakeholders, with focus in Montréal region.
• Proven ability to meet performance indicators and drive recruitment outcomes.
• Excellent client service and community mobilization skills.
• Bilingual in French and English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with partner organizations and clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain partnerships with community agencies and service providers.
• Identify new partnership opportunities via outreach campaigns, emails, and social media.
• Deliver informative presentations virtually and in person to partners and potential clients.
• Coordinate Salesforce data entry, reporting, and documentation for program activities.
• Collaborate across teams to support program development, outreach and impact evaluation.
• Represent UWW/EXP at events, job fairs, immigration events, and community gatherings.
