Job summary

Kids Help Phone seeks a Coordinator, Bilingual Outreach & Partnerships to connect youth across Canada with mental health resources and support services. You will coordinate outreach initiatives, attend and support community events, build relationships with schools, post-secondary institutions, and community partners, and help expand awareness of Kids Help Phone's programs.

As a bilingual team member, you will provide French-language support through communications, translations, and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree or diploma in relevant discipline.
• Strong understanding of school or post-secondary landscape in Canada.
• Bilingualism; French and English.
• 1-2 years recent related experience in non-profit, mental health or youth outreach.
• Experience working with volunteers and/or students.

Responsibilities

• Outreach and Events: Research and secure outreach opportunities; coordinate and attend events; build relationships with youth and partners; collaborate on campaigns; travel across Canada as needed.
• Outreach Operations: Manage outreach budgets and materials; support volunteers at events.
• Communications and Reporting: Develop outreach plans; produce communications; provide French-language support; monitor inquiries; analyze outreach metrics.
