Job summary

New Era Technology is seeking an Infraction Review Technician to support parking enforcement across Canada. You will analyze violations, validate data, enter information, and work across multiple databases.

The role requires strong English and French communication, good customer service, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment. The position is on-site with standard hours (Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM) and benefits including training, equipment, and insurance after probation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with Webex Contact Center is preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM/ITSM tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, verify, and process electronic parking violations quickly and accurately.
• Validate session details, timestamps, and vehicle photo flows.
• Data entry and navigation across multiple databases.
• Identify and report software issues and parking camera obstructions.
• Assist with hardware asset management and shipping/receiving as needed.
