Job summary

Reimagined Parking is seeking a Part-Time Valet Attendant for Downtown Ottawa. You will safely park and retrieve guest vehicles while delivering outstanding customer service.

A Full G driver’s license and bilingual English/French ability are required, with shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and overnight. Work is performed in busy parking facilities; you will greet guests, issue tickets, and collaborate with the team to ensure safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Full G driver’s license with clean record.
• Fluently bilingual – English and French asset.
• Authorized to work in Canada and able to provide eligibility documentation.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and coordinate valet service from arrival to departure.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and accurately.
• Inspect vehicles for pre-existing damage and document findings.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist with directions or requests.
• Open doors and assist with loading/unloading personal items when needed.
• Maintain vehicle safety by directing traffic and monitoring drive areas.
• Process valet fees and assist with end-of-shift revenue reconciliation.
• Retrieve vehicles promptly for waiting guests and assist with luggage.
