Altis Technology in Mississauga, ON, is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist to support Canadian customers with orders, inquiries, returns, pricing, inventory, and shipping questions. Formación

• 2+ years of customer service or order management experience.
• Fully bilingual in English and French with strong written and spoken communication.
• Ability to handle high-volume inquiries and de-escalate.
• Comfort with MS Office and learning new systems quickly.
• Experience with order entry, returns, pricing, or inventory is a plus.
• Knowledge of diesel/heavy equipment parts is an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Process a high volume of customer orders and inquiries by phone and email, providing professional and timely support.
• Coordinate product returns and provide customers with the information required for a smooth and accurate process.
• Research parts, pricing, and inventory availability using a warehouse management system and accurately document customer activity.
• Develop product knowledge to confidently answer questions related to products, pricing, availability, and shipping.
• Build positive customer relationships, anticipate needs, and identify relevant opportunities to recommend additional products or solutions.
• Collaborate with sales, management, and internal teams to resolve customer concerns and support efficient service delivery.
• Contribute to special projects and evolving business priorities as required.
