Job summary

Bedard Resources is assisting a well-established food industry company in Montreal with its search for a Customer Service Representative. You will respond to calls and emails, manage orders in the ERP, and coordinate deliveries with the sales and logistics teams.

This role requires fluency in French and English, 5 years of experience in customer service and logistics, and familiarity with ERP systems (Sage 300 is a plus). On-site role with potential for growth and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service and logistics in food industry.
• Fluency in both French and English, written and spoken.
• Experience with ERP systems; Sage 300 is an asset.
• Experience processing EDI orders for major retailers.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer calls and emails professionally and promptly.
• Process and follow up on manual and EDI orders in the ERP system.
• Coordinate delivery dates and handle special requests.
• Communicate with customers and sales team for proper follow-up.
• Schedule deliveries with transportation partners and shipping team.
• Coordinate logistics for export orders.
• Follow up to ensure orders are processed and delivered on time.
