Job summary

Traffic Tech seeks a mid-level Logistics Coordinator based in Vancouver, BC to ensure freight movement across North America is coordinated and executed according to customer needs.

You will support our growing Operations team, communicate with carriers and clients, and help grow your career in the dynamic field of logistics.

Required: 2+ years in logistics/3PL, cross-border US/Mexico/Canada knowledge, and bilingual English/Spanish.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of logistics/transportation experience, 3PL environment preferred.
• Knowledge of Cross-border US/Mexico/Canada transportation, OTR truckload (dry van, flatbed, reefer).
• Customer service experience and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Creating and maintaining strong vendor relationships.
• Negotiating with shippers and carriers.
• Shipment tracking – monitor pickup and delivery.
• Preparing required shipping documentation.
• Effective and professional communication with clients and carriers.
• Minor accounting functions and data entry.
