Job summary

Sobeys in Montreal is seeking a Coordinator, Centre of Excellence - Learning and Development to oversee enterprise learning platforms, onboarding programs, and language training. You will support stakeholders across HR, L&D, and Communications while ensuring program effectiveness and sustainability.

The role requires five years of relevant experience, strong communication, and a track record in learning analytics. French and English bilingualism is expected for cross-Canada collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to engage stakeholders.
• Ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and project management skills.
• Knowledge of learning and development trends and innovations.

Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise learning solutions and programs (Udemy, Axonify): administer users, groups, permissions, licenses, and data.
• Oversee Backstage onboarding program: evaluate, optimize, organize Shop Talk sessions, nurture relationships.
• Oversee language learning program: assess needs, monitor metrics, track expenditures.
• Contribute to IT security assessments.
• Manage shared inbox, team budget, and onboarding/offboarding for augmented staff.
• Handle departmental invoices, expenditures, and project reporting.
• Support tuition reimbursement and professional development policy compliance for Quebec employees.
