Job summary

McCarthy Tétrault in Canada seeks a Bilingual Learning & Development Trainer/Instructional Designer to design and deliver training across offices in English and French. The role spans needs assessment, curriculum development, and delivery in person and virtually.

You will design materials, guides, e-learning, and assessments, collaborate with stakeholders, translate content, and support learning technology including Workday Learning and Teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's level education or higher in adult education, instructional design or related field.
• Proven experience in learning and development, curriculum design and content development.
• Experience delivering in-person, virtual and online courses with supporting materials.

Responsibilities

• Designing training needs and performance objectives with stakeholders.
• Developing training curriculum for in-person, virtual and online delivery.
• Creating facilitator guides, participant materials, slide decks and e-learning modules.
• Translating and validating English/French communications and learning materials.
• Delivering workshops in English and French, across Canada, both in-person and virtually.
