Job summary

Altasciences seeks a Learning & Development Coordinator to support administration, coordination and delivery of L&D initiatives across the company in a bilingual environment. You will maintain training records, manage learning systems, create and translate content, and support employee recognition programs.

The role emphasizes digital tools, SharePoint and LMS management, reporting, and continuous improvement of the learner experience.

Qualifications

• College degree required (DEC or BA).
• 0–2 years related experience required.
• Certifications in learning technologies, instructional design, project coordination, or training administration are assets.
• Bilingual proficiency in French is required.
• English proficiency is essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Support maintenance of facilitator guides, participant guides, job aids, videos, eLearning modules, toolkits, surveys and program docs.
• Format, translate and design eLearning modules using Articulate 360 and other tools.
• Provide tech support for creating instructional videos, tutorials and learning resources.
• Coordinate translation of learning materials with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain version control and ensure content remains current across LMS and SharePoint.
• Upload and maintain learning content in LMS and digital platforms.
• Manage learning content on intranet/SharePoint and ensure accessibility.
• Support improvements to learner experience through digital tools and tech.
