Job summary

Terra Dygital Solutions in Vancouver, BC, is seeking a Bilingual Support Specialist (Spanish) to deliver outstanding client service while addressing technical issues across Microsoft products and cloud services. You will work under team leads to escalate and resolve complex tickets.

The role requires strong written and spoken English and Spanish, on-call rotation, ability to multitask, and experience supporting MSP clients.

Qualifications

• Industry IT Certifications: Microsoft O365/Azure Role-based certification (or legacy equivalents)
• 2+ years’ MSP experience preferred.
• Experience working for an MSP or related company is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve client issues for MS core apps and OS.
• Support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.
• Onboard and train new clients.
• Review metrics to ensure service standards (CSAT, response time, resolution time).
• Provide remote support and document client interactions.
